Bill Peterson, a New Mexico resident since 1981, worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years before beginning his real estate investing career in 2006. Starting with the occasional rehab, he worked his way into becoming a full time investor, gradually adding different “tools” to his REI toolbox. These include rehabbing properties for resale, purchasing bank owned (REO) & auction properties, wholesaling properties, buy & hold, apartments, working with owner financing, private lending, lease options & other REI strategies.
